|  a lot has changed in a year, yet a lot has still remained the same. life is very unusual, yet very unique at the same time. if you did not know, maria and i are parents, nolan is 6 months old know and is a very active, loving, beautful baby. i am so proud of my son. i am so proud of my wife. she is such an inspiration to me in many many ways. i have failed countless times in my life, but yet she is there, she is there for me always.
my good freind Jason Heimes is returning from Iraq. he has been there for over a year, he and his unit (147th Charlie Battery) from Yankton are finally returning home. God bless America! Welcome Home Jason. God has taught me much of this i am certain, but it isn't God that makes my life miserable. I must admit that lately I have been not living up to the word of God. I know that there could be a million excuses for why I don't get off my behind and dust off the Words of Truth, but I just don't. I make the excuse that I don't feel God moving in my life, but that is probably because I am not trying to look. Stumbling blocks are all around me like a minefield, but if I were to just open up not just my eyes, but my spirit, my mind, my heart, my joys, pains, sufferings, highs, and lows; I would see those blocks in my way, and remove them. I am a firm believer that Christ makes opportunities for each and every person everyday. How about you? As Red Green would say, "I'm pulling for ya, we're all in this together." | | |
| so i guess you could call this week a short week. i on the otherhand
don't think that it will be or will end up that way. i began to look at
my life lately as an endless spree of WORK. that is all i do anymore.
not that being rewarded for it isn't good, ($$) but more so it's the
people i work with and for. my job is absolutely the coolest job ever.
i love helping mentally or physically challenged adults!! not to
mention they are so nice and fun, and sometimes down right funny.
nothing like getting kissed on the forehead or getting hugs... they
teach you so much. they teach you so much about yourself and what kind
of person you are and what you want to become. hope everyone is doing
well.

| well school is officially here, and it's wednesday and that means that
my week is half over... it's about time! maria and i came down to Cru
last night and it was good to see a lot of people. well pray that i get
my rear in gear this year and get some stuff done! thanks~

| i get married in 5 days!!!! Praise God almighty! everyone is welcome to come to the reception. i don't know exactly how much room we have at the church for the wedding.... we are catholic and have large families ;) May God bless you all!!! please pray for maria and i as we travel on our honeymoon!

| I decided earlier this week that i don't care much for my summer job, actually i really despise it, so i might quite, if i can find the brass to do so. i would of course need to have another full time job to replace the one in which i would quite. makes things more difficult because i have no free time to find a new job, so pray that God will give me the time to do so, the patience to withstand the job i have, and allow me to make the most out of the opportunities i have to witness to those around me. went to seth and rebecca watson's wedding last night, i can say that i had a good time, shot some people with peanuts and fired a mint out of my paper cannon at a great deal of speed and missed my target and hit some other people. fortunately for myself no one was hurt. my oh my it was something of a long post. i can't wait to be married... 33 days!!! wow, i can't wait to spend the rest of my life with my best friend! life is great! i love Jesus!!!
